Boarding Services
Welcome to 'The Hare BnB'...
While Washington bunny owners are out exploring the world, we invite rabbits of all breeds and abilities to have their own vacation with our animal-friendly family.
We are convieninently located just ten minutes away from SeaTac International Airport.
Our bunny-boarding rate is $20 per night. Each additional rabbit, housed together or separately, is $10 per night. Note that oral medication administration adds $5/day.
During their stay, you will receive text updates for enjoyment and comfort, along with pictures and videos compilied in a shared digital album.
Each bunny (or bonded pair) will have its own 4' x 4′ playpen with solid vinyl flooring. We provide organic greens, treats, chew toys, blankets, hidey huts, and optional indoor free-roaming time and/or outdoor playtime to keep your furry friend fully entertained. You are responsible for providing their litter box (and litter), hay, and pelleted food - enough to last the duration of their stay. We encourage bringing accessories (such as favorite treats/toys, tunnels, dishes, blankets with your 'home scent', hidey huts, etc.) to help them adjust seamlessly.
Please complete our boarding survey well in advance (a minimum of 48 hours before proposed drop-off time), as there are occasions when we are fully booked or simply unavailable.
We highly encourage all boarders to be vaccinated for RHDV2 and spayed/neutered if of age.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up Hours
Monday - Friday: 6:30 - 7:00 a.m., 4:30 - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 12:30 - 2:00 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
Hours have been revised to accommodate all other aspects of running Emerald City Rabbitry (cleaning, socializing, appointments, etc.).
You are responsible for transport to and from our location in Normandy Park, WA. Thank you for understanding!
Warranty: If any severe sickness, injury, or death happens while under our care, you will not be charged for their stay. If we feel your rabbit needs medical attention, we will contact you immediately. In the event that medical services are neccesary, you (as the owner) are liable for all veterinary expenses. It is your responsibility to inform us if your bunny has any pre-existing health conditions so we can properly monitor during their visit.
