We truly care about all of our animals here at Emerald City Rabbitry. These policies are in place to ensure our bunnies go to the best possible forever homes! Please properly educate yourself on a rabbit's needs before purchasing.

Deposits are non-refundable nor transferrable, so please understand the commitment of owning a bunny before reserving. Bunnies will not leave our care without being paid for in full. We accept payment via Zelle, Venmo (3% surcharge), Paypal (3% surcharge), or cash.

We are experienced but do not guarantee the gender of any of our bunnies. Ear carriage, weight, fertility, and behavior are among other factors we cannot control as they can change with age, handling, and environment.

Rabbits are delicate creatures, so after your rabbit leaves our care, Emerald City Rabbitry is not held liable for any physical harm, illness, accidents, or genetic issues of any kind. Please understand the risk of adopting a live animal, despite healthy parents with no known genetic issues. If death or serious ailment occurs in our care before you receive your rabbit, the option of a refund or replacement will be granted. You are responsible for checking over your rabbit before completing the sale. At pickup, we are willing to explain how gender, good health, and temperament were determined.

We currently sell to indoor homes only where each bunny will be a cherished member of the family. At our discretion, Emerald City Rabbitry reserves the right to refuse a sale to any individual, especially if we feel you may not take care of one of our baby bunnies to the best of your ability.

Although all of our Holland Lops are purebred, pedigrees are exclusively available to approved breeders.

No rabbit from Emerald City Rabbitry will be sold underage, but you are welcome to visit our baby lops if considering adoption.

We are a lifetime support system for any questions that may come up about your bunny. If for any reason you can no longer care for your rabbit, we will gladly assist in rehoming or take it back without a refund, based on our availability and space.
